We are delighted that You have agreed to provide your services to Ministry of Defence patients (“Patients”) on behalf of Spire Healthcare Limited (“Spire”) during the period from 1st January 2020 until 31st December 2020 (the “Term”) as part of our arrangements with the Commercial Division of the Ministry of Defence, (“MOD”) pursuant to:
The Requirement
Spire will provide Orthopaedic Treatments for the following areas: [treatments under review to confirm codes]
- Diagnostic and therapeutic Arthroscopy/cold orthopaedic surgical intervention with a 6 week Referral to Treatment time which includes the following procedures:
Knee Procedures
- Arthroscopic menisectomy (including debridement) [W8200]
- Arthroscopic meniscal repair [W8230]
- Multiple arthroscopic operation on knee (including meniscectomy, chondroplasty, drilling or microfracture) [W8500]
Primary ACL
- Autograft Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction (including arthroscopic and simple meniscectomy - as sole procedure) [W7420]
- Anterior Cruciate Ligament (as sole procedure) [W8630]
Knee Dual Procedures
- ACL Reconstruction / menisectomy / debridement [W8200 / W7420]
- ACL / MCL reconstruction [W7420 / W7480]
